Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place your order directly through this website! Add items to your cart, select your delivery or pickup date at checkout, and I'll handle the rest!
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Absolutely! Make sure to select "Personalize these items" underneath your selected items. For large orders with extensive customization requests, please refer to products listed in "Events & Custom Orders".
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: It is best to place your order soon as possible, as availability is limited & customized orders may require additional preparation time. Orders may be placed up to 20 days in advance.
Delivery & Pickup
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! I will gladly deliver to select areas. You can check if I deliver to your area during checkout by entering your ZIP code.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery fees vary by ZIP code and are calculated automatically at checkout. Each delivery area has an order minimum.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, I offer free pickup from Vallejo Ca. Just select Pickup at checkout and choose your preferred date and time.
Q: Where would I be picking up from?
A: The secure pick up location is in a private shopping plaza in Vallejo, Ca. I will be in contact the day of your order with further details.
Q: What are your delivery and pickup hours?
A: Pickup & delivery times vary. Available time slots are shown at checkout. If your desired date or time is unavailable, please message me directly for possible arrangements.
Treat Care
Q: How should I store Chocolate Covered Strawberries or Caramel Apples?
A: All treats are dipped in layers and should kept refrigerated or as cool as possible to prevent melting. Dipped Strawberries are best within 24 hours, 48 if left refrigerated. Whole Caramel Apples can last 2+ weeks if kept refrigerated! Sliced Apples are best within 24 hours of delivery.
Q: Are your treats made fresh?
A: Yes! Of course! All orders are made fresh daily with fresh ingredients.
Q: Do your products contain nuts or allergens?
A: Some items may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, or gluten. Products containing nuts are only kept with alike products. Please contact me directly for specific allergy concerns.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Q: Can you issue me a refund?
A: As all orders are perishable and made fresh, there are NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my order?
A: Once your order is placed, there will be NO CANCELLATIONS. You may reschedule your pick up within the same 24 hours. Please note, freshness cannot be guaranteed once you reschedule on your own accord. Customization requests can be modified at least 1 week in advance.
